It is the same NDA as Tribes 2 and there was plenty of info going around about it's Beta. PS will be no different, stuff will start turning up.

NDA's are indeed essential now-a-days. It's not like a fascist thing; it's a beta and so is likely to have problems.

Say the client crashes on yoru machine every 2 minutes and is lagged to hell; are they gonna want you talking about that? It'd ruin the game before it's out!

So, NDA's are good... it's just resisting telling anyone about the damn thing that'll kill you. I'll end up with a hell of a nervous tick at work!
