Didn't see anything when I logged in. The only things I got were the Alpha Squad decal, skin and weapons and an beta decal.

Shoulder decal, there's one for former PS1 players and another for Beta players, they look great.

From the email PS1 vet received. I can also confirm this...I am glad I updated my email info during the beta or it would have been sent to some address I don't use anymore.

The email's purpose is to inform PS1 vets of PS2's release, the screenshot is just a small cutoff of that email.

It was attached in the email, it was addressed specifically to Vet players. Not sure what "Vet" means in this case though, what the cut off for being a vet is. I am at school so I can't get in game an verify yet.

I checked the email again and there is indeed that little message... except mine says "Beta rewards!" and not "for our vets".

First technical difficulties to buy Alpha Squad. Then technical difficulties buying a premium membership. Now technical difficulties being considered as a vet ?

It's almost time for me to flip out !

Oh well... I may have to tweet God for a resolution of this Vet issue cause I'm definitely bitter now.

Hmmm, did the people who purchased the Alpha Squad also get the vet e-mail? It looks like the vets that purschased it, didn't get the vet decal. And the vets who didn't purchased the Alpha Squad, did get the vet decal. I think SOE has the vets that brought the Alpha Squad tagged wrong. I am confident they will solve it

I'm pretty sure the rewards are tied to the account...if you are using the same account as you did for PS1, don't worry too much about the emails. Rejoice...it's release day! :P

You don't need the email. If your account was flagged as a PS1 vet, you received the decal. The Alpha Squad email likely superseded the other.

What decal? I am a PS1 vet, and I can only see my Alpha Squad and Beta deca ingame? My account name is Bjorntju (character name is BjorntjuNL) if you need it.

As a "vet" your reward was to play PS1. The early access to the beta and the decal are just a bonus.

The PS1 Veteran decal has the planetside 1 logo shape. Actually I found it quite simple, it doesn't cry the attention Alpha squad and Beta decals do.
