Direct Recording from GDC Demo?

I thought I heard Higby say a while back that they also had the recording straight from the demo, not the video camera recording the screen version. I would love to see this! The screen shots all look incredible of course, but the GDC video with that quality would be the best!

If he has already put this up and I some how missed it, I would appreciate a link

Would be really cool, although I guess the game may not be in the optimized shape where you can get high quality recording without killing the FPS too much at high graphics.

but if they say they have it, gief!

I tweeted Higby about the video last week, he said they were cutting it down to highlights and doing voice overs. Should be out soon according to that.

Just to be clear, it's not a capture from the GDC demo. It's a capture of the same things we showed in the GDC demo, but cut down to key highlights. I just signed off on the latest version I saw, so it should be out to you guys pretty soon.

Bummer.....I was hoping to be able to capture screenshots worthy of the name.

It's a good thing people can't see through my monitor, because it would just be embarassing to watch a grown man drooling like I am. I'm going to need a new keyboard. I'm going to be upgrading my whole computer for PS2 if possible, so that works out great

Sweet, thanks for the responses everyone! I'm ok with it not being the full 30 minutes or so, it will give me something shorter than the 45 minute vid to send to friends who don't know much about the game yet.
