Actually that could be a good marketing gig for PS2 - go to Ben & Jerry's and get 3 new ice cream flavors, one for each empire.

Could be good publicity for PS2, would have to be around or after launch though.

This doesn't fit to me because the protoss are the hard-hitting, high armor faction.

If we go by faction theme...

TR = Terrans (flexibile, conventional army)
NC = Protoss (hard hitting, durable)
VS = Zerg (alien, bizzare, unconventional)
