Hello,
When you are on the first level, your radar should only show stuff on the first level. I would even say people inside should not get radar hits outside. But when you are on one particular level, you should get the radar hits for it. Often it is hard to tell where friends and foes alike are because the globs of radar hits all blend together stacked on top of each other, and it is regardless of what level they are on within the building. The radar would be much more valuable if it was either made to only show stuff on your level or color code it to show at least three colors:
Green = friends on same level
different color = friends below you
different color = friends above you
They could do the same for enemy units.
This is just another idea, but I doubt it will go anywhere...
