Update: Emerald back Online
Currently Emerald server is down due to a hardware failure.

During last night's database maintenance, there was an unexpected hardware failure affecting the Emerald server. Our operations team is working on the issue, and we hope to return Emerald to service soon. Unfortunately, I do not have an ETA on when the server will return to service. I will be monitoring the situation throughout the day and relay any news I come across to you, including an ETA on when we can expect the server's return.

Status reports can also be found on our Scheduled Downtime page. We at SOE apologize to our customers for the inconvenience and are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
