WTF problem

Yesterday I played normally, but since today I can't play the game at all:
1. when I launch Launchpad/game nothing happens at all, sometimse the launch image appears for 0.001 sec and again nothing, though in "processes" Launchpad is working but not in applications (task manager)

and 2nd : I can't connect to website www.planetside2.com at all no mater what browser do I use (though I can connect to planetside.eu)

Problem is even for reinstall you need that launch pad,and why in the world can't I connect to planetside.com when all other sites, and everything else in the matter of fact in this PC works good!

Pls help because I'm great fan of this game and it is the first FPS that i ever liked and even 15-20 frames per second didn't stop me from playing it,so I really don't need to end now with a problem.

PS. If this site didn't exist,I wouldn't know where to post my problem since I can't log to official Thanks

Per above thread, ProSieben seems to ban people if you've installed PS2 on an unauthenticated version of Windows (which could probably also mean you're running on Linux with WINE). Call Pro7's customer service.

No need to re-install windows. Go to this page: http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/validate/

Re-installing the game likely won't solve your problem either, it's a ban on Pro7's end, so you need to call them to get your harware ID whitelisted.
