I would rather North always be on top (and I don't really understand why anyone would like it the way that it was shown in the video, but different strokes I guess). Personally, I find it much easier to tell where you are in relation to what when those "whats" are always in the same orientation. Similarly, I find it easier to call out directions to fellow players when I know that regardless of which way my character is pointing in the world, North is always on the top of the map.
So yeah, anyway to lock the map/compass?
