I still think Tribes and Tribes 2 had the best voice menus. Once you got used to them and how they worked you could easily command an entire unit. Hell even in pub games it wasn't to difficult to get some team work going if a few people knew the voice commands.
And Nubi, VNC works the same as VVH in that if I say VNC, and you say VCA (Command Ackowledged) it will waypoint you to me just like VVH would. (<-- hope that made sence)
