hmmm not sure on this one.
I like the idea it will limit the million and one outfits that will pop up come release to only be abandoned later for more established outfits. But at the same time i don't really want there to be a barrier for new players. Perhaps a fee for moving an entire outfit between servers. |

No. We need cooperation. They should not hinder creating outfit as it helps teamplay. But i see that free outfits will be limited in number of members (+-30 for start) and you have to buy more space (maybe possible for ingame resource too - cash for those who need it fast)

While I like any means of getting them the revenue they deserve that isnt pay2win, I sorta don't quite like the idea either. At least the prices feel really high, I dont think the game should "punish" you that much for wanting to make an outfit.
Also from my PoV, I probably end up creating our outfit, but since I'm not the clan leader (we dont have one), we would sorta need to get the money together and "pay it back to me" cos its by no means my responsibility to pay it alone. Overall, dont like the idea. Perhaps creating outfit is free, but it's limited in fe. max member numbers or some other features which would then cost to unlock? I just wouldnt make baseline creating an outfit cost.

how about this :
you can create an outfit for free, but it wont have many features just the basics ( good for outfits up to lets say 50 people ) and then there is a upgrade pack that gives the outfit more features wich the outfit can pay by having the members donate station cash ( with an ingame donation system prefferably ) so the outfit can advance and grow and this could be done is several tiers for ever larger outfits and ever more features Last edited by megamold; 2012-03-08 at 03:06 PM. |

I could agree with paying to increase the member cap, but creating an outfit is a risk already. It involves an investment of time and effort where it'll probably not last long anyway. I think making people pay to create outfits could stagnate the community somewhat.

You need to have a paid sub to create a guild in DCUO, so you will probably need to be subbed in PS2 to make a guild.
