planetside not loading map

[this guy]

whenever i log into the game it starts to load up the sanctuary and right when it gets almost done loading it freezes, or the few times it did load it would freeze in the respawn tube and the screen would be white and a light blue. i haven't played planetside in a couple months but when i used to everything worked fine. please help
