PS2 Stats not updating

Hey guys,

my stats here are not updating like the others... what's wrong with it?
What can I do?

Sometime it takes some time to update or simply will stop for some days due to patch.

Nevertheless I think this is the wrong area to post this question!

Ceres is having issues and has been for a while. We have let SOE know a few times.
