Hi guys...just as an update for those still waiting;

I raised a support ticket and emailed them last night, it took them 3-4 hours to get back to me.

I was told my account would be flagged, and 2 hours later I had to abide by the NDA.

The system does work, just got be patient, polite and keep your fingers crossed.

Edit; For the records I am a vet from 2004-2005, but signed up the wrong account to beta. Only ever used a trial & free time on that account, not my paid sub account I had forgotten about.

Also, emails from the support ticket etc came to my hotmail inbox, the important email came to my junk mail!

I had to contact them yesterday because I was like many of you who was a PS1 veteran, but never received an invite nor was my account flagged. It turns out the account that I thought had PS1 on it only had the trial. I gave them the CD-Key for my PS1 that I still had because I bought the game from Direct2Drive when they existed. They were able to tell me which account it was on, and I registered for the beta on that one. I then contacted them back, and after escalating to the Team Manager, and finally an Executive Director, they were finally able to flag my access this morning.

If you are positive that you subscribed to PS1 in the past, then definitely email the address that John Smedley tweeted, and they will assist you in getting access to the beta. Otherwise, maybe you're in the same boat as me and your subscription was on another account. In which case, you can contact their Live Chat to help you gain access to the other account like I did.

Clear your browser cache or use a new browser. and try www.planetside2.com/download again.

My firefox still would not allow me to download. I used IE, where I had not gone to the site from, and it started downloading.

I am a vet btw, so this should not work for non vets. Sorry.

Thanks! I have at least 5 outfit mates that have no invite despite being log time subscribers. All other requirements were met.

Of course I think I remember my password now, but there's a 24 hour limit on trying to reset your password, and I hit it from my failed attempts yesterday!

Can they get me around that time limit somehow? Anyone think?

Guys, do contact them via email support as above, or raise a SOE support ticket. If you have subbed and are a genuine PS1 then give them past username and/or email address and they will sort you out - this includes signing up the wrong account to beta like I did!!

Yea I did that, and made a ticket... they just moved my ticket to solved without actually doing anything though

so I emailed them again
