Well I'm in the beta, and the game is great. Well we are under NDA so we aren't allowed to say even that but I don't think I would be punished for saying it

Anyways, PS2 + Firefall + BLR... it's going to be a great year.

Blacklight: Retribution, an awesome F2P FPS game currently in Beta. I'm having a lot of fun with it. Check it out on youtube.

The character design in this is so fucking stupid. Yes, lets put huge, bulky armor on a guy but leave the upper arms and shoulders and head totally bare. Ooh, so badass! Oh, wait, no, I mean stupid.

Some like it, some don't. I'm in the first group. I like the game's cartoony style and don't look for reality in it. I'm playing from first person perspective so I'm not looking at my character's armor nor do I pay attention to enemy armor when I'm in combat.

Yeah that's great. Anyway it's ugly and their character design is shit. I hope it fails on that basis alone. Fuck power armor bikinis and tactical bicep flexing.

I find it hilarious that people can get this emotional about a game. Here I am just jumping into every game and having fun, and I forget the most important part. Graphical styles. That should be my sole decision factor when looking at game. Ignore the arcade co-op gameplay and judge it based on how much it matches BF3. How could I be so blind.
