PS1 vets you have my sympathy if PS2 lowers the threshold to much....but then again as a new player to PS2....it seems to be in my sweetspot to be playing this for years to come...pretty much exclusively..save GTA5 and a few other titles.

Vets I hope they continue to treat you well, it's great marketing for a F2P game when your cusotmers/players/vets/whatever are your biggest advocates.

I hope SOE's NDA includes a clause that says you aren't allowed to tell people you're involved with the beta, just to fuck with people who play betas for 'bragging rights' or whatever.

also not letting long time planetside players in is a recipe for disaster at this point.

I was out of town this weekend, but I've been following the progress of PS2 DAILY for about 1.5 years now. You want to put me at the end of the line just because I had plans 1 weekend? Fuck off.

All vets should have an equal chance, and maybe give vets with higher overall playtime a slight advantage, but by no means make them automatically first.

This! The entitlement some people have gets a bit too much at times.

I don't see it happening and I completely understand why. It doesn't make sense, not even in the slightest. IF anything they should look at peoples system specs more than anything else at this point. That should be focus and prio one.

I don't see it as a feeling of entitlement. I think it's more of a 'hope' thing wrapped up in an entitlement costume!
