Late response but, CYVOK has decided after some testing not to use it in combat until Kali goes through and it receives its (substantial) hitpoint buff.
BoB has one as well, which they've thus far used to attack POS
Apparently they figured out that the damage can bleed through the shield and destroy structures. I believe the devs then fixed that unintended little "feature".
Aside from that, don't know much more. We're in AXE of course, and fighting our own war (not to say BoB hasn't taken the opportunity to land us a few blows). We're dealing with the "Against All Authorities" alliance, which consists of a lot of russian exploiters and dirty fighters. They use a lot of login traps, logging onto other chars when scrambled, use of bots, stab whoring, deep safe spotting, lag spamming, etc. We've had to adapt our tactics accordingly, and while we've lost more ships in the fight than they have, we have such a huge amount of resources at our disposal that they've just decided to siege us steadily for over a month so far. It tends to make things boring, as they just sit inside their POS and send tacklers out after anything that moves un-escorted.
But morale is good and we still have a huge amount of resources to fight these guys with. We'll be a lot better off come Kali where we get working probes, better hit points on our capitals, nerfed stabs, rigs etc. Rigs will be a big advantage for us because once we get the blueprints for them down in our stations, we can produce them, whereas AAA would have to set up some sort of supply line.
