Out of Control Hack: Lag Crashing

Is SOE going to stop these cheaters constantly lagging and crashing factions in the map?

I was just checking out Connery with my alt since it's going to the the event server. The NC were trying to cap Indar, then hackers started popping out. First there's this guy with loads of 0 in the name shooting players nonstop. When that's not enough as they were about to lose, we all got lagged and crashed. Even after returning, this dirtbag started spam killing at the spawnroom at the same base.

He's hacking so hard, that he's now level 9. I'm almost sure Higby posted that this was already fixed. It's still here and it's almost a given in a fierce fight, someone losing will turn it on.

They really need to come down harder against these hackers.
