Planetside either needs it's own medic branding that fits all three empires, or the medical cross needs to become faction specific. The red and white is awesome for TR, but I imagine it'll look pretty bad on VS.

I would agree with this because my first thought is that they would be harder to distinguish than other empire's medics. However, Medics basically look closest to LA and they won't be jumping.

Lore wise, it does make more sense to have a universally recognized symbol. Though the purpose of one would be a humanitarian issue and I don't anyone is going to not shoot medics. In fact, it will be quite the opposite.

I'm also a bit worried about this. Slapping a big white and red paint job onto the VS light assault helmet is going to look garish unless they can find a clever way of pulling it off. Same with the white fabric web gear. hopefully the VS medics will get special treatment. :P

I think T-Ray has a secret love affair with the TR. I don't see how TR could look so awesome otherwise.

TR in general look really good in PS2 so far. I like how we can't see their faces also - they don't look at all friendly or human...they're faceless gears in the oppressive TR war machine. It's absolutely perfect!

Jokes aside would that really matter?

With everything free to play, they gotta be able to make some money off items.

If the 'base' stuff is too nice looking then no one would buy any cosmetic items.

That's exactly correct, you can be your ass the cash shop texture will be sexy to an unholy degree, and that's why we'll all dump the first months paycheck into it :P

These are more than likely the bog standard infantry. Remember, you earned colour as you progressed in PS.
