sure that was probably it. Though I remember seeing web ads, PC Gamer ads, etc...

I think the game was advertised no different than any other game out there.

My bet though is that SOE recognized the unprofitable limitations of PS1, and are trying to avoid the same mistakes they make from PS1.

Don't get me wrong, I think PS1 was ahead of its time, perhaps a little too far ahead. Significantly better game and server hardware is making the new experience significantly more enjoyable, at least for me.

This game is awesome and getting better. Always something to do and it's fun doing it. You need a squad for sure, and if your not having fun, your doing something wrong
