I dont why people are complaining about the medic signs. Medics have always had that symbol no matter what conflict they were in. German medics, which had a overall field grey pattern, used the same pattern on themselves while Marines in the Pacific, which had patterns similar to some German units depending on theater, had medic patterns until Japanese snipers started picking them off exclusively. I think the medic patterns add the distinguishing factor for the medics that each class needs.
