Another 1 Launch problem

It happens when I'm launching PS.
window "messageboxthreebutton" images could not be loaded ! error occurs
Tried http://launch.soe.com/installer/Planetside_setup.exe + adobe flash player install in Planetside directory , but it doesnt help me :
**** Starting at Mon May 02 17:25:30 2011 with version 3.0.0.223 ****
*Warning: ActionDLL failed to load - getting this in Launcher.log

Help to solve the problem plz!
My config:
Gigabyte 870A-UD3 mother
AMD Athlon II X3
Radeon hd5750
Windows 7 x32 SP1
