GAH! how I loathe the official forums and the internet itself, however, there are some good things, but theres so much crap sometimes i think its not worth it.

Read through and listen to the people bashing on other people. It makes me sick, physically sick, I actually threw up when i finished reading. Most of all, I loathe how people say the US is populated by a bunch of brainless warmongers. Sure, my life's dream is to join the marines, but do you know why that is? There can never be peace, there is a natural human instinct to fight as well as gain territory and possesions, there are some people, however, who cant control this, and they will kill, they will kill innocent and defenseless people, and in my mind, that gives me the right to kill them, humanely and painlessly. Noone wants to die, but people are people, you just have to kill them before they kill you.

afex, why is it pathetic? All of my ancestors have been soldiers, most of my friend's are soldiers, and lots of my friends who arent soldiers are dead now, because people cant shut up and get along. My girlfriend was killed by a drug dealer (her older brother's competition) my cousin was blown up by a suicide bomber on a bus in Israel, my uncle was horribly disfigured in vietnam, one of my friends was found with his penis cut off and a message written on his stomach in arabic 'The infidels shall burn' this was found out to have been done my drunk shi'ite (spelled wrong?) muslims, a friend of the family has a clean hole through his arm from a bullet wound.

These are the less disturbing events involving this type of thinking that my life is built out of, i can puke if i want, hell I admit I cry when i see the news sometimes.

Lucky for me im mentally stable (i think) and am not going to blow people away at my school, count on that.

Hey buddy, don't take the shit on the internet so personal. I'm in the same boat as you. My family has had someone in every american conflict since the revolutionary war, and atleast one person from every generation has served their time in the military. I'm going to be an officer in the Army in about 2 years.

So yea, I feel strong about certain issues. But I've learned that arguing over the internet is just moronic. If you see a thread like that, just pass it over.
