EDIT: CONFIRMED FAKE

Evidence being the Learn to edit HTML tabs and, well, 4chan. Also, the download link on the PS2 website is still a 404 error.

Looks like they just edited the HTML of a Newsletter.
Sorry for jumping the gun guys. I fell for this one bad.
