not sure if this be the right thread, but I on facebook I finished the first teir rewards but did not recieve my 500 soe points.. ??? who exactly is in charge of that part of this mega operation that is planetside 2?

just hoping to get that resolved before I get into game.. it's be nice to have some pocket change

"edit" was asking who I send help request too I mean?
