BFR Adjustments

Some pretty interesting BFR adjustments are on the way, here's the skinny: In the continuing development of PlanetSide and efforts to keep the game balanced and fun for all parties, whether infantry, vehicle or BFR, we are planning to make some changes to the BFR�s in the next update.- Slightly lower the Flight BFR's total shield size (from 3,000 damage to 2,500)
- Slightly lower the Flight BFR's small arms fire absorption (from 7 damage taken off per shot to 5 damage taken off per shot)
- Have BFRs be affected by a water timer, like other vehicles. Timer is still being adjusted, long enough to cross most bodies of water, but not long enough to hide and recharge FV shields fully
- While underwater, BFRs will move more slowly (still being tweaked - again, intent is for a Gunner Variant to have enough time to cross most water areas)
- Flight BFR jet packs will be disabled while they are submerged.
These updates are tentatively scheduled before version 3.5, expected in the next week or so.
