Are Orbital Strikes Gone?

I haven't heard anything about them. But there are drone strikes which can be done from your Phone whilst at work.

They are still in but will be more faction specific and upgraded with certifications.

I liked the artillery that came with the Core Combat expansion. One guy with a laser targeting system, directing artillery strikes from manned vehicles across the other side of the map. Wouldn't mind seeing some teamwork encouraging precision strikes like that again.

Hopefully the Vanu one rains firey plasma death on our enemies, as they scream in fear as they are torn to shreds by our ground troops and vehicles!!!

... Okay maybe I went a bit too far there, but different orbital strikes for each faction is on my wish list!

What would also be cool is a nice variety. Some could be simple explosives. Some could be small but with a jamming radius. Others could be cluster munitions that are more effective against infantry. There could be a guided precision strike against armor. Another cool one would be a large incendiary strike (similar effect to napalm) for temporary area denial.

Again, OS's can be spammed so make them be heavy cert unlocks and VERY resource expensive.
