GTX 760 or 770 would work also but I think you have a really good deal on that 280X and it performs on par with the GTX 770\680 I suppose you could consider the R9 280 or the R9 285 But from what im told the 280X is a killer card and that price is pretty good.

This I have no hard data for but from what I can gather data on, it should run every thing on medium to high as long as you don't use AA as witcher 3 has not got propper support for it yet.

Are you sure this processor will work? it arrived today and i installed it but it wouldn't work, it it just a dud?
