Stardouser finally beat me into submission, so figured it was time to join.

PS2 seems to be looking good....from the vids we've seen most of the clan I play in will be moving across.

nah, seriously... welcome! I'm one of those that played PS1 for a long time, but stopped playing for irl reasons shortly after Aftershock. Been playing lots of BF as well, and I can tell you; when outfits actually play tactically, PS is better than any BF game on all points. It didn't even matter that all the battles and cap points in PS1 were basically the same over and over again... the fighting was dynamic and you had to adapt to their tactics. It's a wonderful game, and anyone that enjoys BF for it's tactical elements is going to cry out of joy when they play PS......... true story!

I haven't seen "our" (BF-dissapointed vets) thread till now, that's why i started posting from the beta thread instead

Well yeah, fortunately for me i saw the smokes of Mordor before it corrupts me and started looking for something true to BF (BF2142 more precisely) spirit. After seeing PS2 combining both 2142 style + epicness + constant world, my course was locked and any evasive maneuvers were pointless.

We'll probably join as hel-px clan/outfit and we hope to give some of our Spartan spirit to Terran Republic, ON CONDITION that the Beta lives up to our expectations - but from what i've seen so far, count us in

Mordor is closing down as of today.

It's a sad day to be an Orc. It's an even worse day for the future of Battlefield. Closing EAUK is the final nail in ~~Patrick Bach's~~ Battlefield's coffin.

Thank god I found PS2, as otherwise I might actually lead a productive life.
