PS1 CR5 backpack as a vet reward?

I thought they already hinted at classic armor sets being the reward? Or at least that was the most popular request. We know there are armor variants since we have seen two versions of the NC MAX. So that's probably what's it going to be. Though that would be pretty impressive if its an exclusive variant for every class.

Anyway I would disagree with CR5 backpacks just because if there are any rank indicating cosmetics they should be reserved for actual officers in PS2 to you know..indicate their rank.

Medic, Engineers and to a lesser extent, Light Assault, already have backpacks. Infiltrators and MAXs would look silly.

It would have to be Heavy Assault only, which a lot of people won't even play. TRay has already hinted at giving vets classic PS1 outfits, that should be enough surely?

I'd like an alternate texture for either the helmet (though, given the helmet differences by class, if this were the avenue taken, I'd want an alternate texture per class) or one forearm that utilized the highlight color the way the old CR markings did.

I'm not keen on the beret, since helmet shape and markings are a big part of the class differentiation, visually. That's why my favorite is the colored bracer & glove.

A cosmetic item for vehicles has been mentioned numerous times, those novelty "truck-nuts" that you sometimes see dangling under the rear bumper of red-neck pick-ups.

How about giving veterans a version of this for their infantry character (same size).
