I just got an idea! Then I forgot it

Edit: I remember! Binoculars! People might just say, "Just zoom in with your gun or get a sniper cert." This would be mainly for scout cloakers. Since they can't carry a bolt driver, let them carry some Binocs. They have 12x zoom and fill up one pistol slot. This would make for one helluva scout.

In addition, players have the ability to transport up to orbital facilities, which can drop them on the map.

That comes directly from PSU's About Planetside pages.
So maybe the folks at SOE ARE planning to impliment space into the game. That would be REALLY cool. I'd love to participate in space fighter battles.

1. Binocluar (how du u spell it) cert which gives artillery or indirect fire weapons/vehicles a view of the battlefield, it rocks in battlefield 1942 (and in tribes i guess)
-it would make strategic fire and coordinated attacks more frequent, and give the retards tons of grief.

2. the transformer idea, with max's linking side-by-side, og maybe stacking on top of eachother, with the bottom max directing movement, could be cool. Think about a pyramide og maxes, with combat enginers covering behind and repairing.

3. a minelayer and a buldozer/minesweeper would be nice ass well.

4. and offcause lets get some shiptransport, allow ships and planes over open water, remove the warpgates and change them to ports, and you would have fights over the transport links to a from the islands.

5. more powerfull and different stationary guns, like in bf1942.

Ok, heres some obvious need's for the new LLU base capture system.

When you see the LLU on the main map, it would be nice to have the base name from which the LLU belongs to and perhaps the icon change colour when its picked up to indicate which faction has picked it up.

These are real basic upgrades to the new system that would make things a lot more clearer!.

QUESTION:
Why do some bases adopt the LLU capture system and soem sitll adopt the old 15 minute wait method ?

1. I think that if they add critters, they should make a 1 or 2 point cert that lets you "tame" and ride them. I just hink that would be cool to ride some weird thing that looks like a cross between a lizard and an ugly ostrich. It should probably only go about as fast as an ANT, or slower, but you should be able to use your weapons while on it. That would be sweet, chase down some guy that doesnt know you're there, get right behind and next to him, and plug him with a Jachammer or swing your knife at him (I have obsessions with using the knives instead of guns).

2. They should make a 1 point cert called swimming that lets you stay on the surface of the water and, well, swim. It would very slowly take up stamina. It could also be an implant, which would probably be easier. Think about it, you could be swimming along, you see a reaver coming right towards you, u turn the implant off and sink down till its gone, turn the implant back on, then float back up. Or, if you're walking along the bottom of the ocean to avoid being seen, you're almost out of oxygen, you just turn the implant on, float up, take a breath, turn the implant off, and sink back down.

I think that there should be some underwater bases that would have tunnels inside of it that led onland. And there should also be a cert that allows a baslisk to kinda transform into a waverunner.
