All weapon customizations gonna require sacrifices like better accuracy for more damage...or are some mods just gonna raise an attribute without a sacrifice.

Or have you guys not decided yet?

Dont think so. IT seems to be a cycler, but you can heavly customize it. Will still be a cycler at its heart.
