Sent an e-mail to the place smedly requested and got an automated answer then an hour later I was able to download the client and it is 1/2 way to being completed and I have an "active" next to planetside 2 on SOE's account page!

You're saying you didn't have vet status and you emailed and you got flagged? Or you are saying you had vet status and it wasn't working and it got fixed?
