That actually makes me wonder if light assaults can jump from up there and use their jump packs to (try to) land safely.

I so want the jump packs to replace the hot dropping inertial dampener shield for all non Galaxy hot drops.

It would be so much more badass to have to time the landing when bailing high up from a fighter.

Yeah, he said Wednesday on a few different replies. Has me all excited.

At least this time I won't be hoping for a beta announcement, like I usually am when they announce a specific date that they will reveal something.

i'd love to see what the front of this beast looks like, with that thin, broad winged shape I can't see it being a hovering death platform, more like an A10 warthog, fly in, say hello using a big gun, run away, no need to repeat as the big gun will probably split the cintinent in half let alone any vehicles unlucky enough to be in its line of fire.
