I wouldn't mind a small fee for creating an outfit. Nothing excessive, but if an outfit can't scrape up say $10, I don't see it surviving more than a few weeks.

While I understand your reasoning for wanting a fee, I am against a fee for creating an outfit.

The reason being is I don't want any to not play because them and their friends can't make an outfit. I want as many people to play and play how they want.

Why create a barrier to entry? If the people start playing they bring their friends and create a small outfit. Who cares what they do, it's more people playing and that is more chances they will buy something if they are having fun, even if it means more outfits.

To create an outfit it should and most likely will cost money.

This makes sense as the server will have to calculate outfit cash pools, outfit camo purchases, and possibly outfit certification abilities. If you can't handle making an outfit join one.

I wouldnt have a problem with say an outfit having to buy slots after say 50 members. But a fee to start... no. It also goes against not needing station cash to use anything that changes gameplay.

Being unable to use basic logistics does affect gameplay.
Do you know how many people like to just dick around with their friends in a small corp/guild/outfit? Think about how many of these will just stop playing cause they cant use the chat and the outfit voip and the roster and whatever.

Nooooo. No no no. No fee for outfit creation. All the excited people from any other game gleefully flocking to PS2 and suddenly seeing a fee to play with their friends -- can you imagine their reaction? I can.

Not a good idea. If anything, pay $5 for custom emblems on vehicles or something.

I dont think there will be any barriers for you and your friends to create a private group only your friends will be able to play in. And I believe there will be a group vox channel to chat in.

Absolutely free to start a group. And as an added bonus free voip for your group.

I mean, this game is supposed to be very accessible to lots of different types of gamers. Fees for things like this would betray that accessibility and make SOE look like they're nickel-and-diming everybody for every little thing.
