Kind of reminds me of a 65 Caddy. Put some tail fins on that sucker.

I love it myself. I think it may look long becuase it is skinny and sleek. I can't wait to drive one.
It almost looks like it is jointed in the middle, would be great for climbing rough terrain.

This length is waaay better. The undercarriage on the original tank is so long that it looks like it is designed to have a turret twice the size on it! Love the design besides the pointless tank track.

The long track would be for more engine space on a slim design, torque, and traction. IMO it makes it look like its suppose to haul ass cause havoc. I think the angled pics are misleading in how long it is as well. The short one looks like a clown car/tank to me, and not intimidating at all. Just my opinion though.

The short one also dosn't look like it could traverse rough terrain very well. All around looks silly to me.

Personally I absolutely love the new Lightning, its like a bad assed old caillac with a howitzer bolted to the top. Prowling around with a pack of lightnings is going to be fun.

I really like the long low look and the fact that the gun is multi purpose.

Can't wait to take that limmo out for a cruise and blast Barneys and Smurfs out of the sky

Reminds me of a shorter Churchill, which would make sense if it were specifically an infantry support vehicle that had many variants.
