SOE Tech Support is will be closed for the Thanksgiving holidays. Here's what it says on the official site:

Technical Phone Support and Live chat will be closed Thursday November 27, 2003 and Friday November 28, 2003. Normal hours for both Tech Support and Live Chat will resume on Monday December 1, 2003.
