Will ps2 have...?

I have been trying to follow all the recent information thats been released

Ive been really busy with work so i may have missed some stuff and am hoping people could help
Im wondering if there has been any mention of

- Headshots or a body damage model
This is how you seperate noobs from skill players - I know ps1 didnt have - but it should have

- clientside stuff
This was the source of alot of problems in PS1 - but needed to have the large fights they did without alot of lag
Will ps2 have this?
