Play style. Whats yours!

so with 6 years of ps1, i imagine i have to take my playstyle and throw it out the window. i am for sure a grunt/kill whore. i rocked rexo with decis and the OLD lasher.

im interested in the infil, with some engineer stuff and hopefully the rifle can have a red dot, semi auto mode to cater to head shots.

on my mind my first cert tree to venture down, is going to be a mid range/engi. INFIL with a red dotted, battle rifle......mines up for defense and stack my K/D through the roof. i prefer looking at 0 deaths for the day. doesnt matter if its only 10 kills...as long as i dont give up deaths.

for fun speculation, what style are you trying out first!

I'm also interested in the infil. I'll likely invest in the cloaks that last the longest, forcing me to use my pistol, knives, and wits to do what ever I want to do. That, and I like the idea of stabbing people like an invisible serial killer.

And i like being a support style person, like lay down suppressing fire and heal and such, but games don't have a decent suppression system so i just pump as much lead down range as possible.

i will try support roles first or i might go crazy and make a Gal gunship.

Light Assault with jump pack. Bouncing around the map and fragging like a boss.

But if i was NC surely you would be stuck in a max suite?

I'm waiting for testing to confirm what I have in my head, but I'm pretty sure the 'shock trooper' playstyle will remain viable. Not saying how yet, but some things were said and have been mentioned that makes it seem like it.

Max Trooper, I loved being that guy people would run from, really hope PS2 rekindles the fear of MAX troopers, in PS1 current state there fairly easily dismissed.

I forgot that, so i will sit in an annoying place and pop up randomly and kill 1 person then hide for 30 seconds. Fun times

Very likely I'll be mainly Anti-Air.

Secondarily will be Anti-Armor (ONLY if the Lancer comes back, I'm not touching that worthless disco ball launcher. Any weapon that broadcasts to the target that I'm ABOUT to start shooting at him is worthless in my book).

Third will probably be AirCav or Armor pilot.

i think there is going to be alot of action RIGHT away with gals. if one vehicle was the staple of planetside its a gal. people are going to go ballistic with gals RIGHT off the bat.

I can imagine and outfit called "Orbital Drop Shock Troopers" or ODST for short, yip, i am mentioning HALO, but hopefully if anyone uses that name, i sure hope its for an outfit that will specialise in GAL drops, or i will be sorely disappointed and annoyed at that outfit for being stupid.
