Max Bursters Slower Velocity?

It felt like the max's burster shells had a slower velocity on them. Is it just me, or has anyone else noticed anything? I know the look of them has definitely changed. I like that.

...on a less flippant note, I am pretty sure the change is about as substantial as when they changed the model for the AV turret's projectile.
