Yea but those things can shoot around corners and stuff. I also want that damn mini chain gun. OMG im going to mow down so many smurfs and barney's. . . .. . . but I wont like it

Aye, all new toons that you create will get the cert allowance (I thought it was 10k?).

It was more than that, I spent more than that when I made my VS charactor. I got everything from rocket lauchers and decked out all my vehicles.

And as far as me growing to liking red, this will never happen, im a barney baby threw and threw.

They increased it to 100k.

Yea, the Cobalt PTS outfit pop is ridiculously low. We've got 138 guys. I'm honestly disappointed with the big outfits on Cobalt not bringing their guys.
I really hope that we get it up to at least 200.

No 'official' answer on this yet, follow this reddit thread and hope that we get a official answer there.
The outfit reps will also be having a meeting at 17.00 UTC tonight so I hope they discuss this there.
