It should arrive eventually, unless you have quit the region then I'm not sure. I you send out cash a little car spawns at the mayors house and actually needs to drive over to the other city.

Yeah that happened the first time, this time it didn't :\ I went through like 4 hours of gameplay waiting for it :<

Yea I had this happen to me when trying to send money over to a friends city. I was iffy about region play after that. Seems it either bugged or they have disabled some features while they fix things.

Not gonna lie I thought about it. I have this big ass traffic jam coming into the city and I had an Arsonist from my other city waiting in line to get in. I was thinking 1) why doesn't my police go do something and 2) I wonder if he stole my money! ><

So yeah, EA was caught in a massive lie about needing to put a lot of time and resources in order to enable offline mode play.

Not surprising. After hearing an estimate as to how much data was actually being transferred I was left wondering "Why?". Just typical EA PR bs when it comes to making DRM excuses. I also have a hard time believing that they weren't able to make city areas larger, even as an option.

I'm putting together a small tutorial series for people who are having trouble adjusting to the tiny city sizes. After spending almost 50 Hours in this game since release in the UK last Friday, I'm beginning to get comfortable with the smaller city sizes.

The Prologue is up at the moment,

I'm not surprised on the offline mode thing. I've played for hours when the servers were "Down" it's a total DRM move and nothing else.

So the money finally showed up! It took ~7 hours of gameplay? lol
maybe that traffic jam was worse than I thought. Good news is I've moved on to a bigger better city! Yay for coal mines! I make like 760k a day in my current city and have -7200/hour income, lol. Best city manager evar.
