Martyr to be quite honest your a very fine moderator. The only problem I can see is sometimes the lack of authority on made ban promises.

Back in the Tek vs. Oni "debates" Hamma said multiple times "Quit it, or your both banned!" several times later Hamma banned them for about a week.

Another is the Spider Vs. Squeeky era. Both should of been banned much quicker, after Squeeky got axed he came back and made a promise to not be an ass... yet again the flaming between Squeeky and Spider started all over again. Hamma had said something along the lines of: "If you start your shit again your banned and not coming back." yet none of them were banned... Spider left, Squeeky started to behave and making less and less apperances on the forums.

This is the general problem. When you say your going to ban someone after one warning that threat should be executed. Zero tolerance is what I say.
