Hey guys I've heard the negative feedback about this new infiltrator ,so I gave it a try.I hope my video is useful and you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed the weapon.Also share with me your experience with it ,tips or tricks you have.

Agreed. I personally love the Trap on my TR. It's pretty much a super sabr and I love that gun like no other.

I think your right, it is a different play-style weapon.

Personally though? It's just not a Sniper-Rifle, the filter might say it is, but it's not.... It's a Battle Rifle by any other name. I was anxious for a Sniper that would at least compete with the Rams 50 for long range killing potential...

The Trap struggles with long-range so how can it be considered a Sniper?

Ok I can agree that the TRAP dosnt fit in the idea of a (sniper rifle) in a way ...
As for the gameplay yes it really is a nice weapon ,its something new and fresh.
Still loving it !

True, but it opens up some interesting new playstyles so long as you don't mind burst fire weapons. I've always used burstfire weapons so I kind of have a soft spot for it but you may as well be carrying around an assault rifle with that thing.

Damage values are relevant to a sniper but it's actual effective range is more like a scout rifle so I can see your point there. Maybe they need a new class of rifles or maybe the TRAP will just be the red headed step child when it comes to weapon classification, who knows.

It sorta bugs me that it SAYS it's a Sniper but you can't long range with it... like a Sniper should be able to do!

With it's effective range... I don't even mind if TR don't get a Sniper, but if it looks like a Battle-Rifle and works like a battle-rifle... IT MUST BE A BATTLE-RIFLE! Give it to Engineer and Heavy as a Battle Rifle!
