You have the use of your starting certs to decide on whether or not you want to use it for a vehicle. I suggest you do, or make a friend that used his certs for a vehicle...so he can pick you up for the fight. That would bring you up to four certifications (two initial certs, plus one for each rank after Battle Rank One). Four certs will easily get you an armor and a vehicle cert, or a weapon and a vehicle, or whatever you wish. I believe it would be the ATV, which will be *very* useful.. i could be wrong, but itd make sense? cheap, fast early transports
