I can imagine and outfit called "Orbital Drop Shock Troopers" or ODST for short, yip, i am mentioning HALO, but hopefully if anyone uses that name, i sure hope its for an outfit that will specialise in GAL drops, or i will be sorely disappointed and annoyed at that outfit for being stupid.

I'd be interested in playing a medic and seeing what they're capable of. But I'll also enjoy a bit of grunting now and then.

Footzerging was always very enjoyable in PS1. Though I'm weary of how it will play this time around due to the absence of the Lancer. Also, all of the AV weapons having a boring lock on mechanic sounds rather dull.

If all else fails I'll resort to Scythe whoring.

In PS1 I was a Mag pilot first, an Allpurpose Rexo/Med/Engi/Lasher/Deci grunt second, and a Sniper third. I also had pretty much all the other vehicles, (threshy, skyguard, deli, etc.)

Seeing as the sniping class is the Infil and the sniper mechanics will probably mimic BF3 I doubt I'll snipe much this time around though it was SO fun and I killed at it in PS1.

I'm definitely going straight for the magrider just like old times but if the new setup with me having the main cannon instead of a PPA feels too different I might have to drop my old love.

Def will play lots of footsoldier stuff.

Wait for the game to be released (provided it's any good) and then check the list again. It'll be mostly Future Crew.

As for me, I enjoy playing on the outnumbered side.

Buggy/MA/AV/Adv.Eng. gameplay !

It's fast, teamplay oriented, sneaky, deadly and always a lot of fun. Going from foot to ride and ride to foot also made it very dynamic.

Infantry medic / anti tank

In my mindset snipers are just a bunch of scared children that want to stay away from a fight and pick off the people standing still and Tanks are big metal coffins that say shoot me.
