Best way to join an Outfit?

It's been awhile since I've been at this. I haven't been in a guild since the early days of SWG, and we were pre-formed.

What's the best way to find a casual outfit? I want to be able to explore the teamwork part of the game and random gangs do not satisfy.

There is exactly 1 outfit from my team/server and they are looking for very active players.

You could also watch the squad list during your normal playing time and find an outfit squad, jump in and ask if they are recruiting and if you could roll with them for a bit. That way you can see how they interact and run ops, and decide if its a good fit. Most outfits are open to having a couple non-outfit guys run with them if they are willing to work with the group.

Our policy is to let non-outfits join a squad, but kick them from squad/platoon if they don't stick with us. (for example, constantly different bases, or even continents)

you can always hit up an outfit from the forums here most ones recruting are pretty good and you can ask how the like to play
