we need to make sure that ppl can't bail off these ATV's,it wouldn't be fair for them to be able to strap c4 to it and use it like that

No ATVs in BF3, we use proper jihadjeeps or apcs or tanks or helicopters or jets or whatever the fuck is available.

I believe Higby (or some dev) did say that a 2 seater cert is definitely in the plans. It is not implemented at this time, but it's certainly an idea they are looking forward to. You would naturally have to trade off something else for it though.

I do think that a cheap, fast 2 seater would have demand though.

NS tweets are concept art.

When the Devs gives up screen shots, that is what was made out of the concept art.

BTW...you are right in that the concept art looks better then what the final product looks like
