New Rocketlauncher - Annihilator?

Hey guys,

I just read that post:
http://forums.station.sony.com/ps2/i...4/#post-861475

This is new, right? I hope it's good and it kills vehicles easily to end the era of vehicleside fast. Damn, I just bought the lock on ground vehicle launcher....

I like their design philosophy of introducing new guns and nerfing the old ones.

That's not a good trend to ask for - I'd prefer my deci doing more than 10%.

So...it's the striker without the alt fire? Call me cynical but it seems like another one of those, what's it called? Cash grabs

It's not technically new... it just released to buy for once. There was a rocket launcher in beta that was listed as a AV/AA rocket without dumbfire for 9999 certs. All they did is actually release it. It was like all the other crap in the game that was priced at 9999 certs... like the AV MANA Turret which I am sure will be returning at some point so that Engineers can take out vehicles too.

Show your allegiance with a decal?
How about show allegiance with my entire uniform by playing for the empire I support ?!

If they're trying to capitalize on the flaws in this game, forget it. I bought every infantry AV weapon to-date and it's still not worth playing infantry.

So, is there any reason to use either the AA or the AT variant now that you can have both in one package?

Did they give Dumb Fire back to them?
That would be a nice advantage if the Grounder did more damage to Air and the Anti-tank Launcher did more damage to armor...

Ah!
So you can dumb fire them... wonder what the Lock-on fire differences are between the Anni and the specialized Launchers?

I wish they would buff the lock-on range, speed, and flight time of the Grounder. I'd take a damage nerf. It is awful compared to what it was at launch. I'm curious how this new launcher functions.

They should have turned the default launcher into this. Anyways, this by itself won't stem the tide of vehicles.

I love how no one has though that it might not be as good as an AV or AA specific lock-on weapon.

Only that it will be better than everything
