If the other servers in US or EU got treated to the same lack of support that Briggs suffers there would be a interweb melt down.

Friday night from the start of our prime time the server was down(locked) for 8hrs.
Nothing from SOE acknowledging a problem during that 8hr period, nothing at all at any time since actually.

There was a SOE rep who use to attend to the Briggs issues promptly but he (Veratu) has not been heard from since the end of Feb.
Its almost like he was sent out to AU to assist in the server set up and then sent back home never to be heard from again.

This week we've had 4 days where there has either been some sort of maintenance or an issue with the server during our prime time.

I know we dont have the greatest population and SOE probably regret setting up a server in AU but while we are here using it at least support the damn thing.
You'll probably have us merged by xmas so surely until then you can stop giving us the short end of the stick.

We appreciate the server in AU but its pointless if you wont treat it the same as the other servers.
Most of time its fine but when you have nights like Friday and 8hrs downtime and no one from SOE could give a rats toss bag, its disappointing.

The GM's we get on to check for hackers run on USA time as well.

EU had login issues overnight, the sirens went off and the techs came running.

I agree. Considering we are the only(?) continually growing server (and fortunately, not the smallest, either), we are treated pretty poorly. It's really nothing new, but that is no excuse.

agreed. a couple of times they kill the servers during the prime time, and revive them during dead (bed) time.

and also, they should change the times of the testing of the lattice of the test server. in aus it is 10am when they do it... i dont want to get up that early to play games

There were issues with Briggs again last night that finally got a reply from TSR AlexS.
He patted our heads a little but nothing really about what the issue was or why nothing was done for 4 days.

You can jump on the test server anytime if you want to look around.
Or get up early on Saturday and try to catch a Friday focus test.

After about 11pm it had issues with logins taking 5mins again.

There were issues tonight as well with some having to wait 5mins to get in.
No point reporting it when its that late, just log off and wait until tomorrow.

Hotfix tonight has completed for all the servers and guess which one is still Locked at 7:30pm east coast AU....
The only one locked as well.

You'll also notice that after the last GU08/Hotfix that the Killboard is working and updating correctly for every other server except Briggs.

We have members saying it's less laggy on the US WEST servers....
Try and log in sometimes & you can't, but can to others.
