Ack, I do get it.

The Bolt Driver is very slow, vey, very slow.

The trade off?

It punches hardrer than any weapon in the game.

Head shots should be 1 shot one kill, actually im not a good aim, all hits with my leet bolt driver should kill them, even MAX's, and tanks....SNIPER POWER BIZNITCH (oh, im 9 years old)	0	0%
Head shots should be 1 shot kills, but should take skill to get	10	30.30%
Head shots should insta kill people who are 80% or lower health, and lower anyone else (not MAX's though) to 10% hp	11	33.33%
Head shots should do reg DMG, but maybe blind them for like 10 secounds, or knock them out for as long?	1	3.03%
Snipers should do lots of damage, like 40% body shots, 50% head shots, but not insta kill.	9	27.27%
